Shipping, Returns & Order Tracking Policy

Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days before being shipped. Shipping times and rates depend on your location and the method selected at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days (within the U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (U.S.) / 10–30 business days (International)

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available for select products and locations)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and method. Once your item ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

International Orders:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's policies. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds for wrong sizing or buyer's remorse. Be sure to check the size guide on each product page before placing your order.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If the tracking hasn’t updated in several days or if it shows as delivered but you haven’t received your package, reach out to us through our Contact Page with your order number, and we’ll help you sort it out.
